The hotel had a lovely traditional decor, with cozy seating areas and beautiful artwork that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated how easily accessible everything was for seniors like myself. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist me in any way they could.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more seating options available in the common areas. As a senior, it can be tiring to walk around for too long, and having more comfortable seating throughout the hotel would have been greatly appreciated.

There was one minor drawback to my experience at Rotes Kreuz.

The guestrooms at Hotel Rotes Kreuz were so cozy and welcoming! I felt right at home with comfortable beds, nice linens, and a warm atmosphere. The rooms had everything I needed, like a desk for work and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Arbon.
The only thing I didn't love about the hotel was that some of the rooms had a private entrance. It's just a personal preference, but I enjoy being in the main building with other guests.

Great location near the beautiful lake, within walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The hotel offered a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during the hot summer days. Also, the breakfast selection was not extensive, but the quality of the food was decent.
